Fitness Center
Impact Fitness Center is located on the lower level and is open daily. Please present the white card with your room # at the fitness center desk to gain access to an array of classes and equipment.
Ice Machine Rooms
For convenience, each floor is equipped with an ice machine and a Blue Drop Filter refill station with either sparkling or flat water.
Parking
Parking is available in identified hotel spaces. Please see the reception desk before 10:30PM for additional parking options if needed. Complimentary valet parking will be available in the evenings.
Pet Policy
For the comfort of all our guests, only service dogs are allowed at The Lincoln Hotel. Guests will be subject to a cleaning fee of $250 per day for any pets found in their room.
Pool Towels
Pool towels are in the closets of the guest rooms. Please place any used towels in the pool towel hampers, located in the ice room areas on each floor.
Rooftop Pool (Seasonal)
Our rooftop pool is accessible via the right-side lobby elevator during warm-weather months. Please see Guest Services for additional information.
Security
All rooms have an in-room safe for securing valuables.
Smoking
The Lincoln Hotel is a smoke-free facility. Guests found smoking any substances, including but not limited to, vaping, cigars, cigarettes, marijuana, and other substances will be charged a room cleaning fee of $250. Designated smoking areas can be found 20 feet from the hotel building.
Wireless Internet Access
Network and passwords are listed in the room key packet received at check in.
Security Guard
A guest services agent will be reachable at the reception desk from 7AM until 10:30PM daily. If you should need assistance after 10:30PM, please call the overnight security guard on the dedicated security line: 207 205.9004.

Wood Island Lighthouse
Explore Maine's second oldest active lighthouse just outside the entrance of Biddeford Pool and the end of the Saco River. Learn about the history and legends during a guided tour in July and August.
Where to Go
Clifford Park
Located less than a mile from The Lincoln Hotel, Clifford Park is Biddeford’s answer to Central Park. This 140-acre wooded oasis offers 22 miles of trails to explore year-round.
East Point Sanctuary
Located on Lester B. Orcutt BLVD in the beautiful Biddeford Pool, this 1.5-mile Audubon Sanctuary trail is a local treasure. Park on the street and enjoy wooded scenery behind the Abenaki Golf Course before opening up to spectacular views of the rocky coast. You will also see the 200-year-old Wood Island Lighthouse from the trail.
Eastern Trail
The Eastern Trail combines off-road, multi-use trails and signed bike routes from South Portland to Kittery. The section here in Biddeford is a signed portion of the trail located at The Southern Maine Medical Center on RT 111.
Fortunes Rocks Beach
Old Orchard Beach and Scarborough Beach are more widely known, but this 2-mile stretch of beautiful sandy beach is one of the most beautiful in Maine. Parking is very limited and by permit only June 15th through Labor Day or you can purchase a day pass at the kiosk right at the beach! Enjoy a day at this hidden gem.
Timber Point Island
Timber Point Island is a fascinating 97-acre parcel of protected land on a 13-acre island at the end of a beautiful neighborhood on Timber Point Road. Parking is minimal, but the scenic beaches and lovely views along the 1.4-mile loop trail are worth an early morning wake up call.

Batson River Brewery & Distillery
Located on the lower level of The Lincoln Hotel, Batson River Brewery & Distilling offers spectacular cocktails made with their award-winning spirits distilled right here in Biddeford. Their craft beers are also excellent, as is their menu of small bites, salads, sandwiches, and entrees.

Fish & Whistle
Fish & Whistle is not your traditional fish & chip shop. They source all their fish and seafood from Maine and New England. They offer two sizes of fish & chips as well as seafood-focused sandwiches and seasonal specials (with options for vegans and non-seafood eaters too!). 299 Main Street.

For a lovely upscale picnic, stop here to peruse the cheese catalog of Maine cheeses and meats. Carrying mostly Made in Maine cheeses, you can also find wines, beers and other delicious accompaniments. 5 Washington Street.

Authentic Texas BBQ. Top quality meats, fish and vegetables smoked low and slow over oak wood using traditional central Texas cooking methods. 42 Franklin Street.

Palace Diner
A fixture in Biddeford since 1927, the Palace Diner has recently enjoyed national attention thanks to the two young, creative chefs who purchased it in 2013. Serving breakfast and lunch daily from 8a.m.-2p.m., the 15-seat diner is one of the only two surviving Pollard dining cars in America. 18 Franklin Street.
